Refund and Returns Policy

At LHC Jewelry, we strive to provide the best products/services to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, as well as the process for doing so.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Products:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Services:
- If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 30 days of the service completion date.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Custom Products:
- All custom products are non-refundable once production is completed. This includes but is not limited to custom jewelry, custom clothing, personalized gifts, specially ordered electronics, etc.
Non-refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Process for Requesting a Refund
- Contact Us:
- Email us at [email protected] to initiate a refund request.
- Provide your order number, details of the product/service, and the reason for the refund request.
- Return Shipping:
- If your refund request is approved for a product, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
